Spreading Holiday Cheer Through Community, Scholarship & Service
Every December, the Rhodes Scholars community unites to celebrate the season with purpose and generosity. Our annual Holiday Gathering & Charity Drive brings together Scholars, alumni, families, and friends to reconnect, reflect, and support those in need. Through shared celebration and collective giving, we honor the Rhodes tradition of leadership through service—and extend that spirit to communities beyond our own.

Our Mission
The Alliance of Rhodes Scholars is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the Rhodes community and advancing service-driven leadership around the world. What began as a small effort among Scholars to stay connected has grown into a meaningful tradition of gathering, giving, and supporting those in need—reflecting the core Rhodes values of fellowship, purpose, and impact.
Why We Do It
We believe that community, service, and global citizenship are inseparable. By bringing Scholars and alumni together through purposeful events and charitable initiatives, we honor the Rhodes commitment to making positive change—both within our network and beyond it. Each contribution and act of kindness extends our shared legacy of leadership through service, supporting families and communities who need it most.
🎄 Holiday Gathering & Charity Gift Drive
Join the Rhodes community as we come together to celebrate the season with fellowship, purpose, and service.
Date: Friday, December 13, 2025
Time: 7:00 PM – Midnight
Cost: Free to attend—simply bring an unwrapped gift to contribute 🎁
Attire: Festive holiday wear! Cozy sweaters, classic holiday colors, or any cheerful seasonal style are all welcome.
Where Donations Go: All gifts collected will support children and families in need through our partnered holiday giving program.
🎁 Donate a Toy – Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the event or drop it off at participating bars.
👯 Volunteer – Help us coordinate, decorate, and keep the festivities running smoothly.
💖 Sponsor Us – Partner with us to showcase your business and support the community.
